Residential

Residential elevators are the next ‘must have’ home amenity. In the USA, the number of home elevator sales has doubled in the last five years and the industry forecasts predict even faster growth in the next five years. WHY?

"…Specifically I am writing to acknowledge Mark Capobianco and the important contribution he and your company made to a highly complex project that we recently completed.

It is rare to deal with a vendor of such high product aptitude, who is as intelligent, professional and attentive to schedule dynamics as Mr. Capobianco. His knowledge and experience enabled him to ask the right questions, provide quality information, clarify, specify and deliver when promised, as promised. In today's world this level of service expertise is sadly lacking. How fortunate you are to have a representative like Mark Capobianco. Additionally your technician, Keith, and his assistants, did a fine job of installing this elevator and providing seamless integration with my mechanical contractors..."

A residential elevator reduces construction costs because it's more expensive to build outward than build upward. Foundation and roofing costs remain fairly stable. You can choose the home design of your dreams without worrying about your current or future mobility issues. Hoistway doors appear to be a closet door that is crafted to blend into the woodwork.
A residential elevator is a smart way to "future proof" a home. You can stay in the house you've made your home forever. You will have the freedom to enjoy every corner of your home safely. Only climb stairs when you want to!
It's an affordable sound investment that adds to the resale value of your home. A residential elevator installed in a million-dollar home accounts for about 5% of its cost, yet may increase its value by at least 10%. It cost more to install an extra guestroom or some professional high quality kitchen appliances - not to mention a luxury car that depreciates and cost more to maintain.
A residential elevator is the next "must-have" amenity - just like swimming pools were in the '80's. It is a memorable and desirable feature that sets your home apart. Instead of being considered decadent or out of reach, residential elevators are becoming more common because of their increased practicality and affordability.
