We schedule our appointments and offer same day and emergency 24/7 service. Our neat, courteous & professional mechanics show up in vans that are fully stocked to minimize the downtime of your lift. Our mechanics check in and out, leaving a detailed report on service performed as well as recommendations. Constant and immediate communication is provided in the following ways. First, you always speak to a live person when you call us. We make follow up calls on work performed to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. For our maintenance customers, state testing is automatically applied for sixty days in advance of the expiration date to always keep you in compliance.

Our goal is to have your project be on time and on budget. Each project is assigned a dedicated manager who coordinates with all parties involved, such as homeowner, building owner, general contractor, facilities director, subcontractors, etc. He makes numerous site visits so there is constant communication with all involved, including the fast delivery of plans that he reviews with you. This turnkey approach also includes a weekly in-house meeting with office staff to review the progress of each and every project.
